Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Carnivor mobile application and related services ("Service").

Carnivor is a software product operated by Aturo Trips Oy under the Aturo Labs product brand.

By using Carnivor you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Service

Carnivor provides tools for tracking meals, macros, fasting, and discipline streaks. The information provided by the app is for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical or nutritional advice.

2. Accounts

Some features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions

Carnivor may offer a paid subscription ("Carnivor Pro") that unlocks additional features.

• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

4. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies. Carnivor does not have direct control over billing or refund decisions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer the application, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

6. Changes to the Service

Carnivor may update or modify the service and these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
